Policy, Conditions and Terms of Stay
Please note to confirm your booking, your acceptance of these terms and conditions is a requirement when making a booking.
- Check in time 2:00pm – 10:30pm. Checkout 10:30am
- Late check out: if available a pre-payment of $50 is required between 11am-2pm.
- From 2pm a full nights tariff will be charged if available.
- Spa Views Couples retreat facilities are for paying guests only – no visitors.
- Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their Suite and motor vehicles.
- Spa Views is a non smoking environment inside all accommodation units.
- Smoking is only permitted on your balcony and in the garden.
- Spa Views is an Adults only retreat and do not cater for infants, children or teenagers
- Spa Views Guests must be 18 and over.
- No pets allowed.
- Spa Views holds your booking in good faith, we operate under a 10 day cancellation policy.
- To secure your reservation a deposit of 50% of your total stay is required at time of booking.
- All rates and prices include GST are firm at the time of deposit; otherwise subject to change without notice.
- Public Holiday-Weekend Stays. 3 day Tariff applies. Full payment required at Booking.
- includes: Australia Day. Easter. May Day... Queens Birthday. 16th Dec–27th Jan.
- Weekends: 2 night stay (Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday) per couple.
- Advanced bookings for Saturday night only, will be charged the Friday and Saturday night tariff listed.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 10 days or less notice from date arrival for any reason - No Refund on deposit.
- Transfers and cancellations made up to 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Transfer dates: less than 10 days notice – charge admin fee $50.00.
- Only one transfer date is allowed, then on, forfeit all deposits.
- No Show or Cut short Stay - No Refund.
- Refunds of cancellations after this time are subject to the Spa Views reletting. Some conditions may apply
- If guests cancel or cut short their stay and the suite is re-let, then the remaining balance is refunded less all costs of administration charges, additional cleaning, breakfast baskets, replacements, re-letting commissions, any breakages or damage costs.
- Deposit money shall mean all money paid prior to cancellation.
- Gift vouchers, which are paid in full and are non-refundable.
